The public sources
The ISO standard record for 89069 supplies the designation, edition, page count, committee, ICS, price, abstract, stage history and the replacement. The free ISO preview supplies the complete table of contents, the foreword, the introduction, clause 1 scope, clause 2 normative references, clause 3 with fifteen defined terms, and the bibliography. The public DIS 25059 sample supplies the 25010:2023 model table. The ISO records for 25023:2016 and 25010:2023 supply their publication facts and abstracts.
What is not public
The text of clause 4, clause 5, clause 6 and Annexes A to E is behind the paywall. That includes all forty measure families, the measures themselves, the formulas and the assignment of quality measure elements to families. This site does not state that text, and it does not reconstruct it from memory or from a search snippet. Each page says which side of the line it is on.
What our reading adds
For each heading, we state what a team has to decide, what evidence a reviewer will ask for, and where programmes usually fall short. That is our reading, written from the heading, the scope, the defined terms and the public model. It is useful and it is not the standard. The measure-family pages add a worked arithmetic example built from the thirty-one elements Annex B names, and they label it as a worked example.
The limit on every page
A page whose text is public says so and paraphrases. A page whose text is not public says "heading only" and gives preparation instead of a requirement. If the distinction were lost, the site would be a summary with false confidence, which is worse than no site.
Refresh and correction
scripts/refresh.py re-reads the ISO record and the free preview, compares them with the stored record, and fails loudly on a difference in the stage, the dates, the title, the committee, the contents or the preview text. The paid watch sends the diff. A change to the record is a dated release, recorded in the changelog.
