The kit licence
The kit is licensed to the organisation that buys it, for internal use. It may be copied inside that organisation and used in its own quality work. It may not be resold, published or used to train a model. The free specimen may be shared.
Price and refunds
The kit is USD 149, one payment. The watch is USD 19 a month, cancellable at any time from the Stripe receipt. If the kit is not what the page describes, email support within 14 days and the payment is refunded.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount paid for the kit or the watch, or to the supply of the service again, at our choice. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
